Removal of wig, wash wig, re installed. Loose Curls included Your braids must still be in tact! no frizziness or unraveling. if i did not originally install, please do not book.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments are allowed to be rescheduled at a later date up to 72 hours in advance. Anytime past the 72 hours time frame will be considered a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited. Appointments are to be cancelled 48 hours prior. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Communicate with stylist via text to cancel any upcoming appointments. To reschedule any appointment within the stated time frame, please refer to the booking confirmation sent to the email on file to manage your appointment. Please NO extra people. No children unless being serviced. If you are over 10 minutes late, a late fee will apply. After 15-20 minutes (depending on service) you may have to reschedule. Your late fee will be added to your next scheduled appointment. Deposits goes towards your service. When paying your deposit, there is a $3 processing fee. The remaining balance is due in cash or Zelle. You pay for the service you booked. Once a service is booked, you cannot change. If you have to stop at the ATM, do so before your appointment. When you arrive, please send a text with your name and the time of appointment letting me know you have arrived. I will give further instructions when ready for you.
